Our Royal Flush artworks display an interplay of elements from foreground to background for discussing visually the
intellectual activity of card gaming with reference to ideas concerning the mathematical aspects of probability, odds and
random occurrences during a poker game of Five Card Draw. With a Royal Flush being the highest hand achievable, we've
placed the suit symbols and the rectangular card shape on a complex ground that represents the mental process.

Backgrounds are reminiscent of inner emotional forces felt from the opposing players. Random elements like our atomic
symbols dance across the surface referencing ideas about possibility to reinforce unexpected occurrences encountered
while playing many card games. We see all these elements in the activity of card playing like a dance or a dramatic event
that influences our directions and relates to our need to hone survival skills for success in the real world.
