Kinetic energy emanates from amoeboid shapes that juxtapose with symbolic molecular elements to create an impelling
visual dialog within each composition. Exciting dynamics exists between the different pieces of this series. When viewed as
a whole, my intent is to create a compelling discourse with the viewer on themes concerning: similarity, difference, duality,
motion, stasis, time, matter, the physical laws of attraction and energy states. Harmony and balance are footnoted by the
checkerboard symbol found in the bottom left side of each composition. Ideas about probability and possibility are also
hinted at by the pyramidal group of spheres that symbolize racked balls on a pool table. These set the stage to consider
aspects of human logic and our physical actions within the physical universe.
