     Managed a retail art gallery and frame shop store selling limited and open edition prints. Provided sales, art consultancy
     and operational management for a staff of five employees. Serviced both retail costumers and commercial accounts.

1976 to1987
  Chamblee Screenprint Company • Chamblee, GA
  Art Department Manager
     Directed the art department activities for a serigraphic printing company that offering art direction and graphic design
     services to a wide variety of wholesale businesses. Accounts included: Delta, Frito Lay, Scientific Atlanta, Pepsi-cola and
     Coca-Cola. Projects included: point of purchase products, display items, posters, packaging, decals and more.

1987 to1998
  Designs With Scissors, Inc. • Tucker, GA
  Art Director, Print Production Manager, Photography Manager and Marketing Manager
     Provided art product development, creative direction and art / photography studio management for an Atlanta area wall
     decor company. Produced framed wall decor, small decorative furniture applique and gift related items sold to retail stores
     and gift shops throughout the USA, Canada, Spain and Japan. Co- authored over 300 water color paintings published as
     lithographic and laser-cut prints with some being licensed to textile manufacturers for the production of jacquard throws
     and textile related home furnishings.

1981 to Presently Inactive Status
  Alloy, Inc. • Lithonia, GA
  CEO and President
     Pitched print and web site campaigns to businesses. Co-managed a small advertising agency and graphic design studio.
    Offered a wide range of creative services including: art direction, copy writing, graphic design, illustration, photography, print
     production, web design and social media consultation. Produced: print ads, packaging, photography, collateral material,
     catalogs, direct mail, web sites and more. Accounts included: Pyramid School Products, Regenboog Dried Flowers,
     Winwood Homes, ARB Sales Group, Ballard Designs, Designs With Scissors, Inc. and more. Currently inactive status.

2007 to Present
  Eavenson Art • Lithonia, GA
  Principle Partner, Fine Artist, Director of Sales and Marketing
     Formed a fine art dealer partnership with Sharon Eavenson to establish and manage our online artist portfolio and gallery
     for the sales, marketing and licensing of select individual and collaborative fine artworks. Activities involve marketing,
     sales and web site management.

Fine Art Accomplishments
1975
  The South Carolina State Art Collection purchased a lyrical abstract painting titled “Harlow” and dated 1974.

1989
  Recognition from the Smithsonian Institute for folk art style lasercut-watercolor paintings created while employed with
  Designs With Scissors, Inc. 

1996 to 2000
  Select paintings created at Designs With Scissors, Inc. were licensed to Manual Woodworkers and Weavers, Inc., a textile
  manufacturer. These water color paintings were licensed for production of jacquard sofa throws, decorative pillows, table  
  runners and bell pulls.

2003
  Online gallery representation by Alloy, Inc. for prints and art produced by Dennis Eavenson and Sharon Eavenson.
  Created original water color paintings and managed the publishing fine art limited edition lithographs for Alloy, Inc..

2007
  Launched Eavenson Art with online presence at www.eavensonart.com. This company's mission is to act as a platform for
  promoting the individual and collaborative artworks of Dennis Eavenson and Sharon Eavenson to potential art buyers,
  museums, art galleries and retail art sites where the artworks will be sold.
